Delivery Information

Each piece of artwork is carefully packaged by hand from my studio in Fremantle, Western Australia, and prepared with care before making its way to its new home.

Original Artwork
Please allow 3–5 business days for your artwork to be carefully wrapped and prepared for dispatch. You will receive tracking details once your artwork has been shipped.
Please note: dispatch times may be slightly longer during exhibitions, markets, or busy periods.

Packaging
All original artworks are carefully wrapped in glassine paper and securely packaged with rigid cardboard protection before being sent via tracked Australia Post.

Delivery Times
Each artwork is carefully prepared and packaged by hand from my studio in Fremantle, Western Australia.
Australian orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your artwork has been dispatched.
International orders: Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns
Due to the handmade and individual nature of original artwork, all purchases are final. Returns, exchanges or refunds are not available once artwork has been purchased.
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged-in-transit, please contact me within 48hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so I can assist you.
