Welcome to Toulmin Studio (referred to below as "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing or purchasing from our website toulminstudio.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions & Business Status
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence.
Toulmin Studio operates as an independent small business in Australia under ABN: 70 921 442 035. We are not registered for GST. No tax is collected by us, and no "Tax Invoice" will be issued. Prices displayed on this website are the total final amounts payable for the products.

2. Accuracy of Pricing and Products
We make every effort to display the colours, features, and pricing of our products as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any price changes or product suspensions.

3. Payment and Security
All payments are processed securely through our third-party gateways (including [Stripe / PayPal / Square]). We do not store your credit card or financial information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship artwork from my Fremantle studio using Australia Post. We offer shipping within Australia as well as selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your location, postal network conditions, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your artwork has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in lodging enquiries with the carrier where appropriate.

International orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges applied by their country’s authorities. These fees are not included in the artwork or shipping price and must be paid by the purchaser.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toulmin Studio will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of our products or website. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain fully protected [accc.gov.au].

6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
